Account Deletion

How to delete your account
You can request deletion of your Anayati account from your account profile. Account identity, notes, answers, progress, ratings, preferences, prompts, and other personal interactions are removed or anonymized. Generated courses, Paths, generated PDFs, and their delivery assets remain in the platform library without the account association. Uploaded source materials and private source-based courses may be deleted. Personal data contained inside retained content remains subject to applicable privacy rights, while some billing, legal, safety, and deletion-evidence records may be retained where required by law or described in the Privacy Notice.
In-app deletion path
- Open your account profile from the Anayati app or website.
- Select Delete account in the danger zone.
- Confirm the deletion word shown in the dialog.
- Re-authenticate with your password, or request and enter the email deletion code.
- Submit the deletion request.
Direct profile access: /account/profile
Active subscriptions
If your account still has an active or otherwise billable Premium subscription, manage it in account billing before requesting deletion. Support can help if the subscription state has not updated yet.
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot sign in, cannot access your account profile, or need help deleting an account with an active subscription, email contact@anayati.com from the address linked to your Anayati account and include "Account deletion request" in the subject.
