Terms of Service

Effective date: October 7, 2026

1. Acceptance And Scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Anayati platform, website, applications, learning features, creation tools, premium export tools, and related services (the "Service").

The Service is operated by Anayati SAS, a French société par actions simplifiée ("Anayati", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using a paid feature, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Notice, and, where you create or use a signed-in account, the mandatory signed-in service telemetry model disclosed during signup or onboarding.

2. The Service And Beta Status

Anayati provides learning, course-generation, personalization, study, publication, and related tooling. Some features are free, some are paid, and some remain in beta or otherwise evolving.

Beta status means some features may change, be improved, be limited, or be withdrawn. We still aim to operate the Service professionally, but you acknowledge that certain features may be experimental, especially where AI-assisted generation, adaptive personalization, or governed publication flows are involved.

3. Eligibility, Age, And Jurisdiction

You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. Some features, publication paths, adaptive states, and telemetry scopes vary depending on your age, parental-authority status, and jurisdiction.

You must provide accurate registration, residency, and age-related information when we ask for it. If required onboarding, legal acknowledgements, or age-routing steps are not completed, we may restrict access until the account is compliant.

4. Accounts And Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activities that occur under your account. You must notify us promptly at contact@anayati.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may require verification, additional review, or temporary restrictions to protect the Service, other users, minors, intellectual-property rights, or billing integrity.

5. Paid Services, Billing, Renewal, And Refunds

Some features of the Service are paid subscriptions. On the Web, Anayati offers three plans: Basic, Pro, and Ultra. At checkout, you choose monthly billing or yearly billing, paid once in advance for twelve months. The amounts below are the same nominal amount in the checkout currency (euros, pounds sterling, or US dollars):

  • Basic: 7 per month with monthly billing, or 60 per year with yearly billing, paid once in advance.
  • Pro: 18 per month with monthly billing, or 180 per year with yearly billing, paid once in advance.
  • Ultra: 36 per month with monthly billing, or 360 per year with yearly billing, paid once in advance.

Amounts in euros and pounds sterling include VAT. Amounts in US dollars exclude tax; any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated and added at checkout before you confirm the payment.

The features and usage limits included in each plan are described on the pricing page and summarized in the checkout flow before payment.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, for one month or one year depending on the billing chosen, at the same price unless a price change has been notified to you in advance under these Terms. The renewal amount is charged to the payment method on file unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel online at any time from account billing: cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you keep access until then.

Yearly plans: before each yearly renewal, Anayati sends you a dedicated email, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the renewal date, which is also the deadline for canceling to avoid the renewal. This email reminds you of the renewal date, the price that will be charged, your right not to renew the subscription, and how to cancel. For consumers in France, if this information has not been sent to you as required by Article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may terminate the yearly plan free of charge at any time from the renewal date; any amount paid after the last renewal date is then refunded within thirty days of the termination date, less the amounts corresponding to the service provided up to that date.

Canceling a yearly plan stops its next renewal; the year already paid is not refunded pro rata, except as described in this section or required by mandatory law. Where the statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies to a new subscription, including a yearly plan, the amounts paid are refunded if you withdraw; if you expressly requested that the service start before the end of the withdrawal period, an amount proportionate to the service provided until you informed us of your withdrawal may be retained, as permitted by law. The contractual refund-request path described below also applies to the first payment of an eligible new Web subscription, whether monthly or yearly.

Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately, and the price difference for the remainder of the current period is prorated, as shown in the billing interface before you confirm. Moving to a lower plan, or from yearly to monthly billing, takes effect at the end of the period already paid; until then, you keep the features of your current plan. Any other change takes effect as shown in the billing interface before you confirm.

Premium, the single monthly offer sold before these plans, is no longer available to new subscribers. Existing Premium subscriptions keep their price and features and continue to renew monthly under the same conditions until they are canceled.

Web subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Anayati receives the customer, subscription, invoice, and payment-status information needed to maintain the server-authoritative subscription entitlement. Stripe processes the payment instrument; Anayati does not store full payment-card or bank-account numbers on its own systems.

The subscription renews automatically until canceled. Web subscription management, cancellation, receipts, invoices, and billing support are available from account billing and remain subject to Stripe's applicable interfaces and terms.

Consumers may have a statutory withdrawal right under applicable law. Anayati also offers a manual contractual refund-request path for eligible new Web subscriptions processed by Stripe during the first 14 days after the first successful payment, subject to the conditions shown in account billing. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.

We publish a consumer-facing Withdrawal Form for situations where a statutory withdrawal right applies.

We may change prices, plans, or feature scope prospectively. If we do, we will provide the notice required by applicable law and the relevant billing system.

For complaints about paid services, contact contact@anayati.com first. Additional publisher and company details are available in our Legal Notice.

6. Mandatory Signed-In Service Telemetry

Anayati is a personalized learning platform. For signed-in accounts, certain service telemetry is required to authenticate access, protect the Service, route age and jurisdiction rules, understand how a user is engaging with core features, and deliver the personalized product experience the user requested.

The exact runtime telemetry applied to a signed-in account can be reduced based on age, parental-authority status, and jurisdiction. However, if you do not accept the mandatory signed-in service telemetry model disclosed at signup or onboarding, you cannot activate or continue to use the signed-in version of the Service.

Optional public-site analytics, marketing measurement, and similar non-essential technologies for anonymous or signed-out visitors remain governed separately through our Cookie Policy and consent settings.

7. Your Content, Publication, And Rights Clearance

You retain any rights you hold in prompts, documents, images, and other source materials you submit. You grant Anayati a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, adapt, process, and transmit those materials only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and provide the Service. Source materials you upload remain subject to the rights you or third parties hold, and you must have authority to provide them.

Courses, Paths, generated PDFs, images, and other educational outputs created by the Service are platform-generated outputs intended for the shared Anayati library. To the extent permitted by law, they are owned by or licensed to Anayati, and no exclusive ownership rights in those generated outputs are transferred to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use them through the Service, subject to these Terms and any third-party rights.

Platform-generated outputs and their delivery assets may remain available, public, cached, indexed, and anonymized after account deletion. Uploaded source documents and private courses generated from sources are not part of that public-library rule and may be deleted with the linked account, unless retention is required by law.

Notes, answers, progress, ratings, preferences, and other account-linked interactions with a course or Path may be personal data and are deleted or anonymized under the Privacy Notice. If a retained generated output itself contains personal data about you, your applicable data-protection rights continue to apply to that information.

Publication and continued availability remain subject to rights clearance, moderation, safety review, takedown, unpublish, and de-index operations. We may restrict or remove material where required to protect people, rights, the Service, or comply with law.

Private content and confidential information: content kept in a private product state is not intentionally published. It can still be processed by authorized Anayati personnel and contracted infrastructure or AI providers when necessary to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, moderate, or support the feature you request. Do not submit classified information, third-party trade secrets, regulated health records, payment-card data, or other highly sensitive information unless an Anayati feature expressly supports that use and you have authority to provide it. Anayati does not authorize private course content for third-party advertising measurement.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or security-compromising activity. This includes trying to bypass safeguards, misuse AI features, exploit minors, scrape at scale, test malware, harass others, impersonate third parties, or upload or publish material you have no right to use.

We may investigate, moderate, restrict, remove, unpublish, or suspend content or accounts where we reasonably believe there is a risk to safety, compliance, platform integrity, intellectual property, minors, or other users.

9. AI-Assisted Features

Some outputs are generated or shaped with automated systems. AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your intended use. You remain responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or using them in sensitive contexts.

Unless we explicitly say otherwise, Anayati is not providing legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

10. Intellectual Property In The Service

The Service itself, including its software, design, branding, models, interfaces, documentation, and non-user content, is owned by or licensed to Anayati SAS and protected by intellectual-property laws.

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No ownership in the Service is transferred to you.

11. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or product feedback, you agree that we may use that feedback without restriction or compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers for payments, sign-in, hosting, analytics, marketing measurement, email, security, search, storage, and AI-assisted operations. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices where applicable.

We are not responsible for third-party services except as required by law or as expressly stated in our own contractual commitments.

13. Suspension And Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail required onboarding or legal compliance steps, misuse paid services, or where we must do so to protect the Service or others.

Termination does not automatically delete all records immediately. We may retain records, receipts, billing evidence, safety logs, deletion evidence, and other information as described in the Privacy Notice and as required by law.

14. Disclaimers

Except as required by law, the Service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will remain available in its current form.

We do not warrant that user-generated or AI-assisted content will be accurate, lawful, complete, fit for a particular purpose, or free from third-party claims. You must make your own review before relying on it.

15. Limitation Of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence where non-excludable, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where non-excludable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anayati will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or opportunity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the relevant paid Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (EUR 100) if no such paid amount exists.

16. Changes To The Service Or These Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will provide notice in the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method where required by law. The updated Terms become effective on the date stated at the top of the document.

17. Governing Law And Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence requires otherwise. Subject to those mandatory rights, the competent courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.

18. Contact

For legal, compliance, billing, or support questions about these Terms, contact contact@anayati.com.

Using Ānayati course previews in ChatGPT

These Terms also apply to Ānayati’s public-preview plugin in ChatGPT. It searches the available public English-language catalogue, retrieves course previews and displays links to Ānayati. It does not provide full lessons, private courses, PDFs or learner history, and cannot create courses, change an account or process payments.

No Ānayati account is required to retrieve these previews. Opening a course takes you to the Ānayati website; website access, account and subscription conditions apply separately. A preview does not grant access to paid features. Course availability can change, and search results are not a guarantee of complete catalogue coverage.
