1. Beta Service Notice
Ānayati is currently operated as a live beta service by Ānayati SAS. Some features are already commercialized, while others remain experimental, limited, or subject to change.
Beta status does not replace the binding terms of the Service. Your use remains governed by our Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, and Cookie Policy.
2. AI-Assisted Features
Some features rely on AI-assisted generation, summarization, search, or personalization. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for sensitive uses. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, sharing them, or publishing them.
3. Publication And Rights Notice
Creating or storing content in Ānayati does not automatically make that content public. Public publication, discovery, and indexing are separate governed actions that may require rights confirmation, review, or additional restrictions.
Any content posted, shared, or submitted for exposure on the platform must be rights-cleared. It is the user's responsibility to verify in advance that they are legally free to post that content.
